If the worksite is unsafe we defer the job until we can make it safe.
All major repairs are brought back to our fully equipped workshops. No unsafe or inappropriately large jobs are done on site.
You're not left to fend for yourself with any problems. Help is just a phone call away. Someone comes to help or it's solved with a call. Either way it's solved. All techs are a fountain of information and help each other out. Management also has a wealth of knowledge. Someone in the company can always assist.
